Account Suspension

Customer accounts are suspended only under certain conditions; usually relating to a overdue balance, repeatedly declined credit card, abandoned correspondence from Poplogic, and/or violation of one of Poplogic's Terms of Service. The most common reason for account suspension is a 'declined credit card'.

Declined Credit Cards

Poplogic's billing system will notify a customer using the email address on file 2 times in the event of a declined credit card. Notifications include instructions to resubmit credit card billing information to Poplogic using the online billing manager.

Although we realize it inconvenient to have a service suspended; it is important for the customer to understand that consumption of our services and resources costs us money, and that it is not wise business for us to render a service without compensation for that service. This is the basis behind account suspension resulting from a repeatedly declined credit card.


NOTICE
If your account has been suspended you will be required to pay a $29 re-activation fee. To have your account re-activated please contact billing@poplogic.com with your domain name requesting your suspension to be lifted.
